Welcome to Heartfelt Healing Massage & Reiki! I'm Amber Linville - Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master who specializes in therapeutic massage for tension, pain, and relaxation, and also energy work for over 10 years now. Cancellation Policy
So that I can better serve my clients while valuing my own time, appointments canceled on the 2 calendar days before the appointment, the day before, day of, or no showed will be charged the full service fee. My booking software will send email & text reminders 3 days in advanced, so please cancel then before that 2 day window to avoid cancelation fees and so that I can try to get the spot filled with someone else who may need it! Over the years, I've realized that making exceptions means deciding whose reason is "good enough," and that isn't fair to anyone. I love all of my clients so to keep things consistent and equitable for everyone, my cancellation policy applies equally to all appointments. Thank you for your understanding!
To change or cancel an appointment, contact me at 304-435-5822. Credit/debit card payments are accepted and include a 3.5% processing fee. Other forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
